How do I get my Steam games in?

Tap the plus button on the home screen, then "Import your Steam library". You sign in on Steam's own page, so we never see your password. Your games land in the inbox, ready to sort.

If Steam returns nothing, check that your Steam profile's game details are set to Public. Steam will not share the list otherwise.

My games didn't follow me to a new phone

Turn on iCloud sync in GameDial's Settings. Your library lives in your own iCloud account and follows you between devices signed into the same Apple ID. Syncing can take a minute, and both devices need to be online at some point after the change.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then GameDial. Cancelling there stops the renewal. You keep Premium until the period you have already paid for ends.

I already paid and Premium isn't showing

Open GameDial's Settings and tap "Restore purchases". If it still does not appear, check that you are signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with.

How do I delete my data?

GameDial's Settings has "Erase everything", which removes your library, backlog plan and Steam connection from that device.

If iCloud sync was on, remove the iCloud copy from the Settings app: your name, then iCloud, Manage Storage, GameDial. There are no accounts, so there is nothing else of yours held anywhere.

A game shows the wrong length, cover or release date

Game information comes from IGDB.com, a community-maintained database. If something is wrong there it will be wrong here. IGDB accepts corrections from anyone, and the fix will reach the app once their data updates.

What do the AI features send?

Asking for a game in your own words sends only the sentence you type. Catch me up and the progress estimate add the title of the game and your note about where you left off. Plan my backlog and your gaming personality do send your games and their metadata, because that is what they are reading. Your progress notes are never sent, and nothing is used to train any model. The privacy policy lists it feature by feature.

Why is a suggestion missing, or fewer than I expected?

Suggested games are checked against the games database before they are shown, and anything that cannot be found is left out. That is deliberate: a game you cannot look up is not much of a recommendation.
